The sorting conveyor (C1500) sorts the small sheared-off parts automatically to the programmed address. The parts fall from the conveyor into a box or on a EUR pallet below the conveyor.
A sorting conveyor C1500 connection to an automated storage is an intelligent solution for material handling of parts which cannot be stacked and part that will be bent on a manually operated press in the following work stage, etc. Thus it also extends the possibilities of utilizing unmanned night shifts productively for long runs and fabrication of small components.
